Main types of induction melting furnace

UIHM Medium Frequency Induction Heating Machines can be used for forging different kinds of metal material.

Melting Capacity: 50G to 2000KG (by IGBT or SCR-Silicon Controlled Rectifier).
Furnace: directly or tilting type.

There are 4 main types of induction melting furnace.

1.  Stationary induction melting furnace
2.  Manual induction tilting melting furnace
3.  Electric induction tilting melting furnace
4.  Hydraulic induction titling melting furnace

IGBT MF, RF, HF and UHF induction heating equipment is widely used in the following industries:

(A) heat treatment industry (hardening, annealing, tempering and stress relieving):
